  • Meditation.

    So, I decided that this week I am going to challenge myself to meditate/ ground every day. I hope this will allow me to center myself and feel less anxious and busy.

    I haven't done it yet today, but I am about to.

    Will update tomorrow!

    [P.S. Suggest somthing new I should try next week, I will pick at the end of the week! Your suggestions will be better then mine, I promise!]
